Well folks this is a first for me...first time participating in a Papertrey Ink Blog Hop! And it's all because of Mel, our March Papertrey Inkers Challenge Host! So Mel, I've done my homework! Aren't you proud!
Of course I had not realized until this month that challenges for PTI blog hops are posted early in the month so you can get your project done before hand..duh on me! This month we were challenged to use embroidery floss on our projects.
I decided to stick with orange cardstock and the October Afternoon paper that I had used on my Papertrey Inkers card..wanted a vintage "kitchey" look. My oldest DD was proud that I had stepped away from my usual pinks and purples!
For the challenge I stitched in the lines on the Button Boutique stamp..love the results and wrapped floss around the card. And I couldn't resist making buttons..they are so addictive!
Hope everyone is having a fun time visiting all the blogs, I know I am!
